That worked up until my most recent return of a gateway (about a month ago). What I always need to do is call ATT and explicitly ask if they recorded the return after I check the UPS tracking (number) that the item was physically delivered back to ATT. I've returned a number of pieces of equipment over the years (dvr, wireless receivers, and gateway) and have never gotten any confirmation emails. ![]()
